Boston Grotto Meeting

Hey all – I’m a part of the Boston Grotto, which is the local chapter of the National Speleological Society (it’s essentially a caving group – yes, we have caves in Mass!). Every month we have a meeting where people talk about trips they’ve been on/are going on and there’s a presentation at the end of each meeting which is generally pretty interesting (this meeting is going to be kind of a show and tell of what people bring with their caving packs as well as a gear auction – all kind of outdoor gear, not just caving!). It’s super chill, really just a big mix of silly people of all ages who enjoy the outdoors and getting underground – there’s no need to be a member to attend the meetings.

The meeting will be Wednesday at 7 pm probably about a 20 minute walk from campus, and usually lasts an hour and a half to two hours depending on the meeting, though you can leave early.
