Groups
Please see the Loj Group Use Policy for all information pertaining to group reservations, pricing, etc.
A group is eligible to use the Loj and therefore will be subject to the Loj Group Use Policy if it meets the following criteria:
- The group is larger than 5 people or smaller than 25. (Otherwise, you are considered individuals)
- The group is recognized by the TCU Judiciary, is a campus business, is a departmental group, is a club or varsity sport, or is affiliated with the University.
- The group intends to use the Loj grounds as retreat, meeting, discussion, or practice location.
- Special events such as those held by TMC or Orientation programs must be approved by the executive board
